SARI-SAFRAN is home to Armenia's first saffron farm, founded in 2017 by three Swiss-Armenian entrepreneurs with a shared vision: to revive saffron cultivation in Armenia and create sustainable economic opportunities for rural communities.

Located in the village of Sarigyugh in Armenia's Tavush region, we cultivate premium saffron using environmentally responsible farming practices, allowing nature, climate and careful craftsmanship to determine the exceptional quality of every harvest.

Over the years, SARI-SAFRAN has developed into more than a farm. Today we manage the entire value chain—from cultivation and harvesting to processing, product development, agritourism and international sales. Our products are appreciated by chefs, food enthusiasts, wellness professionals and customers who value authenticity, traceability and outstanding quality.

Alongside saffron, we cultivate and process selected medicinal herbs and botanicals that reflect Armenia's rich natural heritage and serve as the foundation for our growing range of gourmet and botanical products.
